Meet the Team

  • Ashley Lamb

    FOUNDER & REALTOR

    A Nashville native, Ashley has served as a Realtor in the market for over 14 years. As an agent, she has advised her clients through more than $250 Million in real estate transactions in the greater Nashville area including single family homes, short-term rentals, land development, and equine property.

    Her passion is for delivering exceptional service to her clients and using her expertise to mitigate the normal stressors of such large transactions. She brings an intimate knowledge of the market to her clients, local insight to our guests, and serves as the face of the Maven team.

    In her free time, you can find her riding horses on her farm outside of Franklin.

  • Andrew Lamb

    OPERATIONS & INVESTMENTS

    Andrew is a pilot and 12 year Veteran of the Air Force. He brings wide-ranging experience leading worldwide military operations and 1,000+ person organizations. His extensive organizational expertise and analytical background provide the foundation for the team’s day-to-day operations, revenue management, and investment analysis.

    His passion is for finding creative deals that deliver exceptional, often unexpected value for all parties involved.

    Outside of work, Andrew can often be found at nearest golf course or Rolling Stones concert.

  • Allison Ellis

    PRINCIPAL BROKER

    Allison moved to Nashville 15 years ago after graduating from WKU in Bowling Green, KY. She currently serves as the Principal Broker for Maven Real Estate where she brings nine years of experience serving buyers, sellers, and investors in Nashville and the surrounding markets. Her personal investments include single family rentals & STR properties in Nashville & Gatlinburg, TN.

    Allison loves spending her free time with family, friends & her greyhounds (Rage & Queen), taking on interior design passion projects, and cheering on the Titans.

  • Jennifer Kohler

    PROPERTY MANAGER & REALTOR

    Jennifer is a 20 year resident of Williamson County. She currently serves as our Operations Manager, overseeing the majority of Maven's day-to-day property management operations. Her personal investments include multiple single family rental properties. Additionally, she is a licensed Realtor and eagerly serves her clients in Williamson & Maury counties.

    Outside of real estate, Jennifer enjoys an active lifestyle. You can find her at her local gym, participating as an active member in her church, or spending time with her kids.

  • Cora Bennett

    HOSPITALITY & REALTOR

    Cora is a recent graduate of the University of Alabama where she studied Marketing and Real Estate. Cora is a licensed Realtor in Alabama and Tennessee and she happens to also own her own digital marketing firm! With significant experience in social media marketing and natural southern hospitality, she oversees Maven Destinations’ digital hospitality operations.

    Cora loves visiting all of Nashville’s newest hot spots and sharing the pros & cons with her friends.
